ICING is the outermost coating of your cake. Not all decorations can be applied, used or done with every type of icing.












Rolled Fondant and Almond Marzipan:

seals the cake so it can be displayed through the entire reception.
allows the most elaborate fine lace or scroll piping. Sugar & chocolate flowers, bows or fruits can be used as decoration. Ideal for fresh flowers, fruits and fabric ribbon as decorations Ideal for outdoor reception.

Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache:

Recommended to be refrigerated at all times and only be displayed in a well air-conditioned banquet room for up to 4 hours.
Ideal for basket weave pattern; not suitable for fine piping.
Certain varieties of sugar and chocolate crafted flowers, bows and fruits cannot be used as decoration. Ideal for using fresh fruits as decorations.


Fresh Dairy Whipped Cream and mousses:

Recommended to be refrigerated at all times and only be displayed in a well air-conditioned banquet room for up to an hour.
Ideal for basket weave pattern, not suitable for fine piping.
