ICING is the outermost coating of your cake. Not all decorations can be applied, used or done with every type of icing.

Rolled Fondant and Almond Marzipan:



  • seals the cake so it can be displayed through the entire reception.

  • allows the most elaborate fine lace or scroll piping.
  • Sugar & chocolate flowers, bows or fruits can be used as decoration.
  • Ideal for fresh flowers, fruits and fabric ribbon as decorations
  • Ideal for outdoor reception.


  • Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache:



  • Recommended to be refrigerated at all times and only be displayed in    a well air-conditioned banquet room for up to 4 hours.

  • Ideal for basket weave pattern; not suitable for fine piping.

  • Certain varieties of sugar and chocolate crafted flowers, bows and    fruits cannot be used as decoration.
  • Ideal for using fresh fruits as decorations.


  • Fresh Dairy Whipped Cream and mousses:



  • Recommended to be refrigerated at all times and only be displayed in    a well air-conditioned banquet room for up to an hour.

  • Ideal for basket weave pattern, not suitable for fine piping.

  • Certain varieties of sugar and chocolate crafted flowers, bows and    fruits cannot be used as decoration.
  • Ideal for using fresh fruits as decorations.
